Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality technical support (Level 1 & 2) to users in Singapore and Taipei
• Troubleshoot and manage IT equipment and systems
• Maintain IT and logistics inventories, documentation, and security updates
• Handle basic administration of Active Directory, print services, and user accounts
• Lead or support IT and logistics projects with corporate teams
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, ensuring workspace setup and office access
• Oversee office facilities and maintenance
• Perform other IT and logistics tasks as needed

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Hands‑on experience with VDI, Workspace One, Windows OS, MS Teams, M365, video conferencing, and mobile device management
• Skilled in supporting VIP and senior management users
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and ability to work independently
