Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Representative Helpdesk to support clients with their applications at the Downtown MRT branch.

The position includes 1–2 weeks of training at Changi Biz Park, normal hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and a till 20 March 2027 contract with renewal every six months.

Experience in banking or financial services and strong communication skills are valued as you verify information and assist customers through digital platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with banking or financial digital platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with application submissions via branch desktop channel.
• Collect and verify KYC information and supporting documents.
• Collect and collate Source of Wealth documentation.
• Handle and process documents.
• Conduct verification calls.
• Submit applications for approval in a Maker-Checker framework.
• Access Eclipse, Jabber, and NESS Screenings systems.
