Job summary

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain high service quality, gather feedback for process improvements, and work in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• ITE or O levels qualification.
• 1+ years of experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service.
• CAN-DO attitude with passion to deliver quality customer service.
• Good analytical skills; comfortable with numbers.
• Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, detail-oriented and a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working, responsible and with a good working attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays for 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
