Leading international bank in Singapore is seeking a CustomerService Associate (Banking) for a 6-month contract in the Central Region. You will support onboarding and account opening, perform customer identity verification, and collect KYC documents.

Responsibilities include reviewing SOW/SOF for enhanced due diligence, explaining requirements to customers, and processing applications in internal systems. Training will be provided, and roles are on-site in Singapore.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles.

• Willingness to learn KYC requirements and banking procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct customer identity verification via calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Collect and verify customer IDs and KYC documents.
• Review Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF) for enhanced due diligence.
• Explain banking requirements clearly and address customer queries.
• Submit account applications through internal systems and perform screening checks.
• Ensure all verification and documentation comply with procedures.
