Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a front-line banking support role based in a branch. You will assist clients with submitting applications via FCO DIY or branch desktop channels, collect KYC information and SOW documents, and perform verification calls.

In a fast-paced bank branch environment, you will handle Maker-Checker processes and operate Eclipse, Jabber, and NESS Screenings, contributing to a smooth customer experience both face-to-face and remotely where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Customer service in banking or digital platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and assisting clients with application submission through FCO DIY or branch desktop channel.
• Collecting KYC information and supporting documentation from clients.
• Collecting and collating Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation.
• Handling CIPP documents.
• Performing verification calls.
• Submitting applications for approval (Maker in a Maker-Checker framework).
• Accessing new systems: Eclipse, Jabber, NESS Screenings.
