Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd invites applications from individuals with banking industry experience for a Customer Service role focused on Digital Platforms. You will assist clients with application submissions via FCO DIY or branch desktop channels and collect KYC information and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities include collecting and collating Source of Wealth documents, handling documents and verification calls, and submitting applications for approval within a Maker-Checker

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Banking.
• Experience with banking, or financial institution digital platforms and technology support is a strong advantage.
