Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread that align with our Greek Mediterranean theme.
• Experiment with new recipes and presentations to enhance our dessert menu.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery/pastry area.
• Manage inventory and ordering of baking supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in baking and pastry preparation.
• Baking or pastry certification is required; barista knowledge is a significant plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in presentation and flavor.

Offer
