Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of baking techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.

Measure and mix ingredients accurately using baking tools and equipment.

Operate and maintain baking machinery and ovens safely and efficiently.

Monitor product quality and adjust processes or ingredients as needed.

Decorate and finish baked items such as cakes and pastries.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations.

Keep inventory of baking supplies and report shortages.

Assist in developing new recipes or seasonal offerings.
