Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an airline/airport operations environment.
• Preference for Class 3 driving license for baggage truck operation.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement the seasonal schedule and update the operational database.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manually update Baggage Information and Flight Information Displays.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Coordinate with Engineering Baggage Control Room.
• Ensure arrival baggage presentation performance meets KPIs.
