Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise BHS Operations and Maintenance contractor.
• Analyze system data and use analytics tools for risk identification.
• Lead projects for enhancing BHS HLC system with advanced technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve network and software issues efficiently.
• Oversee end-of-service and end-of-life of software and hardware.
• Define project requirements and manage innovation projects.
• Implement the Business Continuity Plan in response to failures.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
• Maintain adherence to ISO 27001 and related standards.
• Foster relationships with authorities and stakeholders.
