Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Azure Cloud Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Azure-based services, including Intune, Exchange Online (EXO), Microsoft Defender, and Windows 365 Cloud PC. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in endpoint management, cloud security, and Microsoft cloud technologies, and hold relevant Microsoft Azure certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for device compliance, app deployment, and policy enforcement.
• Support and maintain Exchange Online, including mailbox management, mail flow rules, and hybrid configurations.
• Deploy and monitor Windows 365 Cloud PCs, manage user provisioning and performance.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related M365 security policies.
• Use Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) to manage identities, roles, and Conditional Access policies.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Monitor service health and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and M365 Admin Center.
• Collaborate with the security and helpdesk teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• ITIL understanding.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 or Azure Cloud Engineer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, and Cloud PC.
• Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and endpoint security.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and cloud automation.
• Understanding of compliance, identity management, and device lifecycle management.
• ITIL understanding.
