Job summary

Adactin Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned AVP – Sales with deep experience in IT services and recruitment to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account management within the Singapore market.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles across Microsoft, AWS, and QA offerings, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and align delivery to client needs while exploring AI, ML, and cloud opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT services sales/business development experience in Singapore.
• Proven client acquisition, revenue generation, and account growth.
• Experience selling cloud technologies across Microsoft and AWS.
• Strong understanding of IT services (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services).
• Domain knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, QA/Testing, and Cloud tech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development across IT services in the Singapore region.
• Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue and billing targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities across project-based hiring, IT services engagements, and any staffing needs.
• Lead the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, solutioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfilment and client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to penetrate and grow accounts in AI, ML, QA, Cloud, and emerging tech domains.
• Track market trends and provide insights to drive competitive positioning and growth.
