You will own the regional sales plan, originate demand from hyperscalers and AI/cloud platforms, and manage complex, multi-year pursuits from qualification to close. Qualifications

10+ years in data centres or related sectors; experience selling to hyperscalers or AI/cloud providers.
Proven track record of originating and closing multi-megawatt deals.
Strong financial acumen and deal structuring experience.
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver the individual sales plan — leasing targets, contracted MW, revenue and margin.
Originate and qualify demand from AI-native customers and hyperscalers.
Lead long-cycle pursuits: qualification, solution shaping, bids and negotiations.
Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts.
Forecast, pipeline hygiene and CRM reporting for leadership packs.
