Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a leading investment business in Singapore with focus on managing the retail funds business with a digital focus - comprising of Unit Trust, ETFs and managed portfolios, digital platform development, sharpening investment options and drive engagement with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating horizontally with colleagues across the retail distribution network, local /regional investment teams, external providers, technology delivery teams, client experience and marketing to deliver impactful investment solutions and platform capabilities to our clients.
  • Strategically plan and execute a long-term roadmap across different investment solutions with clearly defined delivery milestones to demonstrate progress to key stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for ROI with robust post-delivery tracking.
  • Lead ideation and creation of material for client engagement using a wide spectrum of tradition and digital channels.
  • Conduct user immersion studies and drive the implementation of insights with a focus on refining client journeys to be simple and impactful.
  • Leveraging Gen AI for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 5 years of working experience in investment product management; experience with digital investments would be advantageous.
  • Ambition to grow an already leading retail investment business.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop workable solutions for complex problems
  • Familiarity with managing data through data control towers, use of tools like Tableau
