Job summary

OCBC Singapore seeks an inspiring leader to transform Group Payment Operations into a client-centric, service-driven organization. You will embed a culture of service excellence, championing AI-powered, data-driven solutions and scalable digital capabilities across markets.

You will lead program delivery from ideation to regional deployment, aligning with regulatory requirements and operational excellence. A strong track record in payments transformation and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
5-8 years of banking experience with exposure to Payment Operations, Transaction Banking or Payments Transformation.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic Payment Operations initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality and resilience.
Champion AI, data analytics and automation to create a data-driven operating model.
Coordinate multi-country programs with clear governance, milestones and benefits realization.
Drive risk management, controls and stakeholder engagement across operations, technology and product teams.
Oversee program management from ideation to regional rollout, ensuring adoption and value realization.
