Job summary
OCBC Singapore seeks an experienced transformation leader to drive modernization of Group Payment Operations through platform solutions, automation, and technology initiatives. You will lead design, implementation, and optimization of next-generation payment platforms, collaborating with Operations, Technology, Product, and Compliance.
You will shape the future-state operating model, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver measurable efficiency, resilience, and client experience improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in payment operations or banking functions.
- Experience with payment platforms, workflow management, and automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead payment operations transformation initiatives focused on platform modernization and automation.
- Define target-state operating model for payment operations across geographies and products.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Architecture, and Operations to deliver scalable platform solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern payment processing platforms and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into effective platform solutions and ensure governance.
