Job summary

Job description

Overview

You will work in an On and Off‑site arrangement locally and to support multiple sites beyond Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in audio‑visual system diagnostics and a good grasp in unified communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for AV/VC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on‑site.
• Provide post‑installation support, including firmware updates, configuration changes, and user training.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve issues within SLA.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support system handovers and end‑user trainings.
• Identify and elevate complex technical challenges as needed.
• Assist with technical evaluations and update schematics/BOM as required.

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma / Degree in AV, Electronics, IT, Electrical, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in AV/IT system maintenance, installation, or engineering.
• Knowledge of AV products (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Polycom, Cisco Telepresence, Logitech, Biamp, and QSYS).
• Knowledge of AV & IT technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Networking, Dante, AVB, SDVOE, H.264, H.323, MPEG, EDID, HDCP).
• Preferably have some project‑management and service experience.
• Open to travel regionally when required.
