Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support for AV systems including video conferencing, projectors, audio systems, and control interfaces
  • Support internal and external meetings and events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware, software, and configuration issues, coordinating with clients to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform routine maintenance, system diagnostics, and firmware/software updates
  • Maintain service logs, documentation, and technical reports
  • Train end users and client staff on system operation as needed
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements
