Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or fleet management.
• Demonstrated experience supervising drivers or a field-based team is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supervisor for our team of safety supervisors and in-vehicle safety drivers.
• Manage all aspects of driver and operator scheduling and collaborate with hiring teams.
• Oversee all on-site depot operations including managing the parking and charging of autonomous vehicles.
