• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call centre support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Handle all inbound and outbound calls, logging details in CRM.
• Collect and update customer details and vehicle ownership records.
• Verify warranties and support agreements per local guidelines.
• Book appointments across three service centres and offer mobility services.
• Route technical calls to the appropriate service advisor and approach payment method.
• Assist in optimizing workshop capacity by assigning vehicles and tasks.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
• Hand over vehicle with a basic work explanation to customers.
