Job summary

Vantage Automotive Limited, part of Sime Group, in Singapore, seeks a Customer Service Advisor to manage daily vehicle intake for servicing and maintain high service standards. The role supports front-line staff, handles warranty claims and invoicing, and drives customer satisfaction through strong VOC results.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in customer service within the automotive sector, with an NITEC in Light Vehicles or a Diploma in Engineering, and a valid Class 3 license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or the automobile industry.
• NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
• Valid Class 3 driving licence
• Strong customer service background, prior experience in the Automobile industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage daily intake of vehicles for servicing.
• Uphold service image and standards.
• Assist in achieving higher service levels through action plans.
• Support front counter staff and maintain teamwork.
• Handle administration: warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, VOC scores.
• Perform invoice closing and quotation preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Deliver strong VOC response and promoter scores.
