Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive Service Advisor or similar Aftersales role.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Hands-on, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer relations, premium brand experience.
• Organized with attention to detail; aims for long-term career in automotive aftersales.
• Commercial awareness with upselling ability.
• Full, valid class 3 driving licence required.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is advantageous for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong team player with professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for service customers, delivering a premium experience.
• Manage end-to-end service process: check-in, job card, handover.
• Provide accurate repair explanations, timelines and cost estimates.
• Proactively update customers on progress, delays and needs.
• Ensure documentation aligns with company and manufacturer standards.
• Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
• Assist with basic inspections and coordination between technicians and front desk.
• Support daily workshop operations and scheduling, labour allocation and prioritisation.
• Monitor KPIs: labour sales, efficiency, customer satisfaction.
• Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Other tasks as assigned.
