About the Job

Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus. The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products.

Main Accountabilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for data flow from MES, IP.21 Historian, Kepware and DeltaV DCS; support recipe launch, in-process monitoring and batch reporting data flow across various system interfaces
  • Assist with IoT and data collection device setup
  • Provide advanced technical support to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, minimizing downtime
  • Ensure systems meet regulatory requirements
  • Lead or assist in the implementation of new automation technologies and updates to existing systems
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of automation systems, including procedures, configurations, and validation records
  • Support the implementation of automation scope for site CAPAs
Key roles (D,.A,.I)
  • D: Decide on system configurations and settings for optimal performance
  • D: Decide on advanced troubleshooting methods and issue resolution strategies
  • A: Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and report changes as needed
  • A: Provide input on upgrade planning and implementation based on system knowledge
  • A: Assist in reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • I: Provide operational feedback on IoT device setup to support integration goals
Expected Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working on at least one of the following platforms: DeltaV DCS, IP.21, KepserverEX, TIA Portal.
  • Experience with SQL database management and SQL script development.
  • Experience with ODBC and OPC UA communication.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in GMP regulated industry, with good knowledge on data integrity and computer system validation lifecycle deliverables.
  • Experience in managing change controls, deviations, system maintenance.
