Track 1: Automation & Control Engineer (OT Systems)

Focus: Scaling Digital Manufacturing & Global OT Architecture

In this role, you will design and roll out standardized automation and data solutions across global production environments. You will bridge the gap between the shop floor and digital performance monitoring.

• Key Focus: PLC, HMI, and SCADA integration (primarily Siemens TIA Portal/S7).

• The Mission: Retrofit existing systems, integrate intelligent sensors, and enable real-time OEE data collection.

• Requirement Highlights: 3+ years experience; proficiency in Siemens technologies and industrial protocols like OPC-UA.

Track 2: Embedded Systems Engineer (Hardware & Firmware)

Focus: Full Lifecycle Electronics Design for Autonomous Systems

In this role, you will own the "brain" of our autonomous systems. You will research, design, and program the electronic circuit boards that allow our systems to operate reliably in high-stakes environments.

• Key Focus: Full PCBA design (Schematics to Layout) and Firmware development in C/C++.

• The Mission: Design architecture for microcontrollers/FPGAs, source components, and perform thorough bench testing (Oscilloscopes/Logic Analyzers).

• Requirement Highlights: 3-5 years experience; expert in Altium/OrCAD; deep knowledge of communication buses (CAN, SPI, I2C).

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Mindset: Structured problem-solvers who thrive in a research-heavy, project-driven environment.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to maintain high-quality technical documentation.
