Job description
Audit Engagement Management
  • Lead multiple audit engagements concurrently across a range of industries
  • Develop risk-based audit plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance with SFRS, IFRS (or relevant standards)
  • Ensure audits are completed within scope, deadline, and budget
  • Maintain strong quality control and professional standards across engagements
Leadership & People Development
  • Supervise, train, and mentor audit associates and seniors
  • Conduct performance evaluations and promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Provide guidance to team members on technical and audit methodology matters
Client Relationship & Business Growth
  • Maintain excellent client communication and manage expectations
  • Identify value-added opportunities and support partners in proposal preparation
  • Assist in strengthening the firm’s market presence through networking and client meetings
Technical Excellence & Compliance
  • Stay current with changes in accounting, auditing, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure engagements adhere to internal policies, QA standards, and independence rules
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CA/ACCA) required
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
