Duties
  • Manages a portfolio of engagements which includes client acceptance, engagement planning, execution and finalization of an audit engagement.
  • Fully accountable for the audit engagement and ensures that the engagement progress against budget and timeline is closely monitored.
  • Serves to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and value‑add to the audit firm by identifying new business development opportunities.
  • Review and provides key technical expertise to ensure the quality of audit work performed is in compliance with professional standards and requirements.
  • Contributes towards continuous improvement in audit methodology and process.
  • Assume a greater role in professional development activities such as training, staff recruitment and resource planning.
  • Required to plan, coordinate and supervise various audit assignments for review by the engagement manager or partner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experiences as Audit Assistant Manager or Audit Manager.
