Responsibilities

• Developing characterization and test coverage strategies during pre-silicon phase.
• Establishing pattern requirements and driving Design Verification deliveries.
• Executing defined characterization and test plans on new silicon.
• Interface with global teams on root cause resolution for device failures.
• Optimize test contents to exceed business goals.
• Lead effort to optimize yield from Fab to Back-end-Test.
