Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment management including locums, temporary hires, and secondments
  • Execute annual HR processes: performance appraisals, promotions, and learning needs analysis
  • Support talent management and succession planning initiatives
  • Drive culture-building through staff engagement, appreciation events, and leadership walkabouts
  • Assist with outbreak management and ad-hoc HR projects
  • Coordinate events and meeting logistics
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to work in infectious disease environment with ward/clinic visits
