Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver lab studies and customer projects with outstanding impact
- Write and present lab study reports to internal collaborators and customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate with FAS to engage customers technically, focusing on BDC capabilities and study findings
- Partner with Facility and Engineering departments to schedule timely site and equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring excellent operational readiness
- Draft and review SOPs, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments
- Order laboratory, training, and pantry supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative and logistical support for BDC projects, meetings, trainings, and events, including maintaining activity logs and regular postings to employee communication platforms
- Maintain high housekeeping standards for BDC site to improve customer experience, including IT devices and updated marketing collaterals
- Conduct safety and administrative briefings for customers attending training courses
- Adhere strictly to all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or similar fields. Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector
- Experience working in a laboratory or GMP environment is preferred
- Proven working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to constant changing demands, and work independently
