Be the welcoming face of MORNING — where specialty coffee meets exceptional service. As a Retail Associate, you’ll create memorable customer experiences by engaging visitors, sharing your passion for coffee, and helping customers discover the perfect products. You will support day-to-day store operations, drive sales performance, and uphold high standards of presentation and service in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service in line with the MORNING Experience
• Engage customers by explaining coffee offerings, flavour profiles, and brewing methods
• Recommend products confidently based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve beverages according to quality and hygiene standards
• Support daily store operations including POS transactions, opening/closing duties, and cleanliness
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and machine care
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors and follow operational guidelines
• Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism and a positive team attitude

Requirements

• 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred
• Passion for coffee! Background in specialty coffee is an added advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellencePossess good attitude, eagerness to learn and grow together
• Computer literacy (Google Docs, Shopify)

Work Arrangements (Full-time)

• 44 hour work week
• Salary range: Up to $2500 including commission and overtime

Work Arrangements (Part-time)

• Minimum 16 hours per week, 1 weekend is compulsory
• Hourly rates $13 ~ $15
• Commission eligible after 8 weekend shifts
