Job Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
- Plan and execute A/B testing, alongside exploring new platforms to embark on for paid performance efforts
- Formulate performance marketing strategies that align with business goals and KPIs
- Set and achieve quantifiable goals for all paid marketing activities to track and measure success
- Plan and review budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimizing ROI
- Collaborate with partner agencies and other internal teams to create consistent and aligned communications across all channels
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimize the channel mix and identify new opportunities
- Conduct research on market trends, brand's target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Analyse reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goals
- Explore possibilities of business expansions into new markets with performance marketing efforts
- Work closely with stakeholders of various markets to explore opportunities of growth and scaling up, ensuring that KPIs are achieved
- Will be interacting with external agencies to ensure hygiene and best practices are executed and aligned with brand guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 3-4 years of digital agency, digital marketing or ECommerce marketing
- Prior experience in the retail / fashion industry would be a plus
- Prior experience in expansion into markets with performance marketing, would be a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Programmatic, Paid Social advertising platforms, Microsoft and Affiliates (advantage if have)
- Experience with data analysis and a data driven environment
