Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider in Singapore seeks individuals to support system administration of Mobile Element Management Systems and provide 1st line support for law enforcement queries. Ideal candidates should possess an engineering or IT diploma, be team players with strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for new technologies such as 5G and Cloud. This role may require working during non-office hours and involves disaster recovery tasks.

Qualifications

• Good engineering or IT diploma, preferably in the area of communications engineering.
• Fresh graduates with keen interest in Mobile technologies are welcome to apply.
• Passion to embrace new technologies, i.e., 5G, Virtualization, Cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Support system administration and management of the Mobile Element Management System.
• Provide 1st line support & liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Liaise and coordinate with network vendors for system changes.
