Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Associate Executive for the Clinical & Health Informatics Office. You will support executives in delivering the hospital's informatics strategic roadmap and coordinate project activities related to the electronic medical record system. The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT or a similar field, possesses strong organizational and communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with EPIC systems is a plus.

Job Description

Support the Executives and Manager of Clinical & Health Informatics Office (CHIO) in the projects delivery of the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through the intelligent use of health informatics to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care. Key responsibilities include projects coordination and secretariat duties.

The Challenges
  • Organise and coordinate project activities related to the hospital’s electronic medical record (EMR) system and other clinical IT systems.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to informatics committees and projects such as meeting materials preparation, minutes writing, following up on matters arising and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate clinical audits with data entry responsibilities and process requests for clinical paper forms and abbreviations.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to review and close off tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT, Healthcare, Business or any similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
