The Associate Engineer (Planning) is to support the planning and delivery of infrastructure diversion works for existing Singtel outside plant (OSP) assets impacted by private and government development projects. This role covers end-to-end planning, stakeholder coordination, site surveys, cost estimation/quotation, documentation, and project tracking to ensure timely implementation and handover.

Skills For Success:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field engineering background. Example Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Preferably with 1- or 2-years working experience and holding Class 3 driving license.
Able to work during non-office hours to support network incidents and restoration.
Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good communication skills, especially drafting of an email, keen to learn and a team player.
A good mix of technical knowledge, communication abilities, and flexibility in work hours.
Administrative experience in budgeting, reporting, and customer support is also an added advantage
