A leading telecommunications provider in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Team member to track orders and assist in generating operational reports. Candidates should have a minimum of an ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • Knowledge in WAN technologies (e.g., Leased Line, Metro Ethernet, SD WAN).
  • Good in report writing and presentation skills.

Make an Impact by:

  • Tracking and managing the orders under Operations Support Team
  • Assisting Manager to generate and analysis operation report and make recommendation for improvement
  • Assisting customer and Customer fronting Unit (CFU) in provision matter
  • Supporting Business to manage and provide excellent service to customer
  • Providing provisioning update and respond to customer enquiry
  • Coordinating with customer for service delivery issue
  • Meeting customer on site to clarify issue if require
  • Conducting site survey and brief customers on service delivery needs and requirement at customer sites
  • Performing order management of fibre based product and ensure orders are commissioned on CRD (Customer request date).
Qualifications / Skills for Success
  • Min qualification ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 2 to 3 years working experience in Engineering (Technician) or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge in WAN technologies – Layer 1. (e.g.: Leased Line, Internet, Metro Ethernet, SD WAN, etc)
  • Have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Good communication and written skills in English or Bilingual preferred.
  • Good in report writing and presentation skill.
