Responsibilities
- Be a core member of the Regional IBG Ops projects for OAT Products, GenerativeAI and Ecosystems/Platforms partnership from inception, planning, information gathering and implementation
- Participate in project cadence meetings with business owners from GTS and IBG, country operations teams to understand business requirements and operational processes
- Analyse the business requirements and prepare user stories for operations processes digitization
- Work in partnership with country operations teams, GTS, IBG RMs, and technology team on solutioning and operationalization
- Coordinate with country operations team and regional test teams for test plan preparation and functional testing to ensure user requirements are fulfilled
- Participate in UAT and manage multiple projects testing concurrently
- Prepare training material and conduct training sessions to country operations as part of the project operationalization activities
- Participate in the pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support exercises including end‑user live verification during roll‑out.
- Perform data analysis via data dashboard to track digital adoption, improvements, and to identify exceptions and opportunities for further improvements in OAT journeys and dial up Straight Through Processing (STP) rate
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience and strong project management experience or Test Lead experience
- Knowledge of Trade systems and experience as a system end‑user will be advantageous
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, and conducting training to end‑users
- Expertise in analysing customer requirements and translating the same into user stories, test strategy, and test cases
- Independent, meticulous worker with ability to slice and dice problems, structure his/her work, be creative and think out‑of‑the‑box
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good work ethics, able to adapt to changes, and able to deliver within tight timelines
- Highly detail‑oriented, organised, and organisationally agile individual preferred
- Willingness to adapt to dynamic circumstances
- Expertise with Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and other project tools
