Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to supervise site work and manage foreign workers. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and skills in project management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AutoCAD are advantageous. A Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in engineering, construction, or design.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site work and foreign workers.
• Plan manpower deployment for site works.
• Ensure projects are completed on time as per approved drawings.
• Resolve any technical issues on-site.
• Carry out scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise site work
• To supervise foreign workers closely & take care of their well being
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works
• To ensure that projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline
• To resolve any technical issues/difficulties that may arise on sites
• Carry out construction work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments/ parties to ensure smooth progress of work
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• ITE/Diploma of equivalent
• 1-2 years working experience, knowledge of engineering, construction, and design
• Proficient in using Microsoft office. Use of AutoCAD would be and advantage.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome, training will be provided
• Class 3 driving license (preferred)
