Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for water quality analysers.
  • Manage and expand key accounts, including water infrastructure/utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial users, and engineering companies.
  • Identify new market opportunities, projects, and tender prospects within water and wastewater applications.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical-commercial quotations, proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and management reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments, or related environmental technologies.
  • Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in water & wastewater or process industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
  • Experience managing sales teams and major accounts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
