Our client is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-evolving team, where you can drive sales growth, influence business direction, and grow alongside the company. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, expanding the client base, and increasing revenue.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known, halal certified food manufacturing SME in Singapore, dedicated to sustainable growth, providing high-quality pastries and cakes, and providing a livelihood for many.

Other Information

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 830am-6pm

Salary Range: $4,300-$4,500 + Sales Incentive

18 Days Annual Leave (Increase 1 day per year, capped at 21 Days), Performance Bonus

What you'll be doing?
  • Execute Sales Strategies: Drive sales growth in the assigned sales portfolio and support the development and execution of the corporate sales strategy.
  • Expand Client Base: Identify, prospect, and develop new leads within the targeted sectors.
  • Maintain Relationships: Ensure high satisfaction levels with existing corporate clients and collaborate with inter-departmental stakeholders.
  • Monitor Market Dynamics: Provide insights, competitive threats, and recommend tactical adjustments accordingly.
  • Analyse Sales Metrics: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Business Commercial Manager.
Who are they looking for?
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2B and/or corporate sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or related industries.
  • Account Management: Experience in sales penetration, account management, corporate sales pitching, and presentation.
  • Singapore Food Industry: Familiarity with Singapore’s food industry landscape and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
