Responsibilities

• Understands departmental policies, carries out team tasks to achieve the goals.
• Manage a team selling secondary materials to Semiconductor, Electronics and industrial market.
• Motivating and guide sales team, leading them to achieve assigned goals.
• Analyse data of Southeast Asian market to make informed decisions.
• Managing the sales and supply chain pipeline.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare monthly sales reports (budget forecast and actual) and presentation file for reporting to the head office.

Job Specification

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields.
• More than 10 years experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Highly sales driven and motivated.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.
• Self-Motivated & Team player.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel (Southeast Asia region)
