Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA documentation and records to enhance quality performance.
• Collect, analyse, and prepare reports on quality performance data.
• Review NCRs and monitor corrective action plans.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with all QMS documentation.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
