Job summary

A healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a professional for project planning and implementation in infrastructure development. The ideal candidate has experience in designing healthcare facilities and is proficient in AutoCAD. Responsibilities include feasibility study, project coordination from inception to handover, and preparing tender documents. A recognised degree in Architectural Studies/Interior Design or a relevant diploma with extensive experience is required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Architectural Studies/Interior Design with at least 8 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Experience in designing healthcare facilities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for feasibility study, project planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate and implement improvement projects from inception to handover stage.
  • Prepare tenders and budget estimates while providing site supervision.

Job description

KK Women's and Children's Hospital Pte. Ltd.

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you are responsible for the feasibility study, project planning, execution, coordination and implementation of the infrastructure, development, and improvement projects of the Hospital.

You will develop conceptual proposal layout, carry out budget estimate, prepare tender, recommend award, providing site supervision and coordination works with all concerned parties as well as approving authorities from inception to handover stage.

Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Architectural Studies/ Interior Design with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; or
  • Diploma in Architectural Studies/Interior Design with at least 8 years’ relevant work experience;
  • Competency in AutoCAD;
  • Able to organise, prioritise and schedule work assignments independently and effectively;
  • Experience in designing healthcare facilities and proven track record of good project management skills will be an advantage; and
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
