Job summary

A local HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Executive to support engineers with documentation and project coordination. Responsibilities include compiling reports, ensuring adherence to schedules, and quality control of documents. Candidates must have GCE O level and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. This position offers a salary range of SGD 2500 - SGD 3500 and requires 5 working days from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission.
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed.
  • Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents as per company procedure.
  • Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint.
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents.
  • Securely backup all documentation.
  • Carry out administrative duties as and when required.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Familiar with ISO 9001

Working days: 5 days, Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
  • Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure
  • Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
  • Securely backup all documentation
  • Carry out administrative duties as and when required
Requirements
  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Familiar with ISO 9001
