Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Engineering professional to understand construction drawings, travel to construction sites, and liaise with various parties. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and has at least 2 years of experience. Familiarity with Standby Generators is highly preferred. This position requires good communication skills, independent work capabilities, and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge in Standby Generators is highly preferred.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.

Job Highlights

• Monday – Friday (08:30am – 05:30pm) & Saturday (08:30am – 12:30pm)
• Location: Pioneer

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to understand construction drawing
• Able to use simple CAD software if needed
• Able to travel to construction site for survey / meeting / supplier workshop etc
• Able to understand the need to schedule / planning so as to keep up the master schedule for main con / factory
• Able to handle suppliers, liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects
• Able to discuss / relate simple technical issue on site or in the meeting with the consultant / main con / M&E etcs

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience
• Knowledge in Standby Generators is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiatives and foster customer relationship
• Knowledge of general computer, hardware and software applications will be an added advantage
