• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Choa Chu Kang)
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8AM – 5PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that products consistently meet customer requirements and satisfaction standards.
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Provide support and solutions to routine issues faced by production staff.
• Take proactive measures to prevent non-conformances in internal processes.
• Support and drive process improvement initiatives to achieve production goals.
• Review product documentation, drawings, data sheets, specifications, and calculations.
• Provide guidance and integrate work performed by production teams.
• Apply process knowledge in design calculations, equipment sizing, and selection.
• Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of working experience, preferably in the chemical, process, or manufacturing industries.
