You will monitor production schedules, handle inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and has at least 2 years of experience, preferably with skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP/MRP. This position involves a 5-day work week with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery, and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.

Planning & Supply Chain Coordination

• Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall supply chain performance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/MRP knowledge is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.

Other Information:

• 5 days work week (Wed-Fri in office, Sat-Sun WFH)
• Shift 1: 7am to 3pm
• Shift 2 : 3pm to 11pm
