Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
  • Drive revenue growth by planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google (SEO/SEM) and Meta platforms.
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement, attract the right audiences, drive qualified traffic, and maximize conversion for social media channels and e-commerce websites.
  • Manage paid campaigns end-to-end (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, retargeting) including budget allocation, bidding strategy, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights to improve ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, content alignment, and performance tracking to boost organic rankings and visibility.
Digital Marketing
  • Oversee social media management (IG, Facebook, Telegram) including content posting, captions, and community engagement for both Café and Official accounts.
  • Manage TikTok strategy and execution: ad campaigns, in-feed postings, in-app boosting with TikTok, live session strategy/management (scripts, CTAs, affiliate/KOL hosts, commission structure, budgeting).
  • Support KOL & influencer partnerships through seeding initiatives, collaborations, and local activations.
  • Assist in on-ground events and pop-ups, ensuring integration with digital campaigns to drive awareness and traffic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage digital projects, campaigns, and CRM, ensuring alignment with HQ initiatives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and industry trends, identifying new opportunities for innovation and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, ideally within lifestyle, retail, or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in driving measurable results through SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, TikTok ad/live strategy, and KOL/influencer collaborations will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and content optimization.
