A local funeral service provider in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager to oversee funeral operations and manage staff scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of management experience and a valid Class 3 driving license. Responsibilities include coordinating operations, supervising the customer service team, and supporting HR functions. This position offers a monthly salary of up to $4500 plus a variable bonus.

Assistant Operation Manager – Funeral Service
  • Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Funeral Operations – support transfer, sending, and funeral arrangements to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage Staff Scheduling and Resources – prepare monthly schedules for ground staff and oversee petty cash and vehicle‑related matters.
  • Collaborate Across Departments – work closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
  • Supervise Customer Service Activities – oversee the Customer Service Team, including phone support and management of funeral parlours.
  • Support Operations and HR Functions – ensure company policies are communicated to the Operations Team and assist HR with recruitment efforts.
  • Perform Administrative and Ad‑Hoc Duties – carry out additional tasks as assigned to support overall business and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • At least 2–4 years of management experience.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
  • Can start immediately or within short notice (preferred).
