PrimaryResponsibilities

• Underwriting and Reinsurancemanagementand placements, including both Facultative and Treaty Reinsurance arrangements.
• Underwritingandpricingofnewandrenewalbusinessforall linesofgeneral insurance (except Personal Lines); in compliance with Authority Limits and Underwriting Standards set by the Company.
• Undertakespecialprojects, includingBusinessProcess Management,Systems andMethods, and continuous review of business processestoensure operationaland service excellence.
• Manage specificproducersand accounts, asassigned byHead of Department.
• SuperviseUnderwritingExecutives and monitor performance.
• Other dutiesas assignedby Head of UnderwritingDepartment.
