Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Branding and Marketing

Job Summary

Join our team to support the planning and execution of branding and marketing activities. You will help enhance our brand presence, promote events and programs, and engage target audiences effectively.

What You Will Do:
  • Brand Management: Support branding strategies, ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, and collaborate on brand audits.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in developing and coordinating campaigns, manage timelines and budgets, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Content & Creative Development: Conceptualize and produce high-quality, multi-channel content including videos and marketing assets.
  • Public & Media Relations: Assist in media outreach, prepare press releases, and help maintain media relationships.
  • Event & Stakeholder Engagement Support: Support the planning and coordination of corporate events and stakeholder activities.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably within arts, culture, entertainment, sports, or community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
